Never got my oceangate shirt

If i could rate the service lower I would. I never got my full order. My ocean gate shirt never came and im absolutley baffled I got this email before I even got a response from the customer service email.

Never received shirt I ordered 2 shirts from your store (petsmart and this one) I got the pet smart shirt but never got the ocean gate one. Haven’t heard back from you either, will change review as soon as I get in touch with somebody about my missing shirt
